Here's your answer to balmy rooftop sunsets with Mediterranean eats and creative cocktails, minus the European plane ticket. The Collective's rooftop transforms into Lemon Lounge from Saturday 5 August.
Adorned in citrus vines and dripping in sunshine hues, The Collective's new rooftop Lemon Lounge is reminiscent of a seaside Spanish town. So you'd be forgiven for feeling that this recently refurbished terrace was plucked straight from a windswept European dream.
Perched above The Collective Palm Beach, The Lemon Lounge's fresh rooftop addition takes this Gold Coast locale up several notches.
From August to December, this sun-drenched terrace is here to deliver a smattering of delicious dishes and boutique cocktails.
The crew have exclusively partnered with Bombay Sapphire Gin to introduce Bombay Citron Pressé to their tipple list. Expect bespoke cocktails bursting with citrus flavours, served from noon to midnight. Refreshing highlights include classic Pressé and Tonics, Ultimate Tom Collins, and Pressé and Soda poured over ice.
We recommend the theatric Rhubarb Sour with its bobbing smoke bubble dancing above its rim. Or the zesty Kiwi Passion mocktail stirred with sweet apples, tangy pineapple and a squeeze of lemon.
Pair refreshments with dishes of your choosing, from The Collective's eateries, direct to your table. Including succulent karaage chicken, crispy pork belly nuggets with a maple dipping sauce and ginger-infused vegetarian gyoza. Honey carrot or crumbed flathead taco anyone? Make it a double.

- Citrus Sundown Happy Hour – Monday to Friday, 4-6pm for $10 Bombay Citron Pressé Spritz, and $7 tap beer, house wine and basic spirits
- Spritz & Spice Bottomless Brunch – every Saturday,12-2pm for Asian-fusion bites from Umami's kitchen plus two hours of house beer, wine and Bombay cocktails for $85 per person
- Zest Saturdays – every Saturday, from 8pm for house DJ beats presented by Bombay Citron Pressé, plus delicious sips and good vibes.
Lemon Lounge officially opens on Saturday 5 August at from 12pm-til late for customers 18 and above.
