Seagulls celebrates Farm to Table in lead up to April long lunch event

Seagulls is excited to announce the Farm to Table celebration which will be available from Lot Two from now until April.

In partnership with local producers and farmers, Lot Two’s local board will feature a selection of dishes comprising fresh local produce with recommended beverage pairings through to 3 April, culminating in an incredible Long Lunch event on the deck with five delectable courses paired with matching beverages, courtesy of Husk Distillers and Stone & Wood Brewing Co.

Tantalize your tastebuds with roast cauliflower offset by coconut yoghurt, chicken and ham hock terrine, Stone & Wood beetroot cured salmon, fillets of beef with truffle gnocchi and - if you have room for dessert - buttermilk and eucalyptus panna cotta with hibiscus, frosted hazelnut, honey biscotti and malt milk marshmallow. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

Continuing the locally centred theme, musician Nicky Convine will be on hand to entertain with her laid back sound that blends country with new folk music.

This will be a strictly ticketed event which is limited to the first 50 guests so bookings are essential.

Proceeds from the Long lunch event as well as $1 per dish/beverage from the weekly locals board will be donated directly to Rural Aid which supports local rural communities.

Tickets are available to purchase online or at Seagulls reception or grab your Early Bird ticket before 6 March for just $129.
